As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting the form below or by sending a clear written statement to moonflower.art.store@gmail.com.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you received goods, please return them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been fully delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery.
